Recommending Products for Ordering

From the Orders tab in the Supplier folder:

1. Select More > Supplier.
2. Search for and select the supplier.
3. Press the Orders tab.
4. Select the Actions button.
5. Select Recommend. The 'Recommended Products' window opens.
6. If desired, enter a % value in the Recommend products within % of re-order point field.
7. If you would like to recommend regular drugs, leave Regular selected. If you would like to recommend narcotic drugs, select Narcotic.
8. Press the Recommend button.
9. The recommended products appear in the top half of the window. Highlight the product(s) that you would like to order.
10. Do one of the following:
    • Press the Add button to add the highlighted products to a purchase order.
    • Press Add All to add all of the recommended products.
11. Press the OK button to save the changes and close the window. The screen returns to the Orders tab.
